Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She began competing in fitness contests at the age of 16, after quitting gymnastics in her youth. Within a year, she was awarded her Professional Card at age 17. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. She started competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16 after quitting her childhood gymnastics career. She won her Pro Card just one year later, at the age of 17. She became one of the oldest IFBB Pro in history. Once she received her Professional Card Ariel was able to take six years off the show to pursue her education at college. Then she came back in the year 2015 and carried on from the point where she had left taking part in elite contests such as the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She competed for a few years after her first appearance with a goal of setting higher standards each year. In 2009 she was the winner of several fitness awards. In addition, she was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) by winning at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel completed the first six years of contest to earn her college degree. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB took place at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She came in third at the contest. In the summer of 2016, she won first place at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for the Fitness Olympia. In three months she appeared on the stage at the Olympia in which she won 6th in The Fitness Division. Ariel was completely zero expectations prior to the event and was thrilled by her performance. Ariel had to compete against the best of skilled athletes. Ariel constantly improving her body. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to work out includes her lower back. It consists of lat pull-downs, bent rows that use a single hand on a pull-up machine as well as the seated rows. Ariel will warm-up prior to working on the sets. Additionally, Ariel prefers to utilize her time as efficiently as is possible. How she does this is to superset her back exercises. Three or four supersets with 10-12 reps is done.
